Levi’s showcases the Levi’s Malaysia Raya collection in a new commercial, aimed at inspiring people to make this a season of warmth, remembrance and kinship, be positive, and live positive.
The 30-second spot features singer, songwriter and actress from Malaysia Daiyan Trisha performing, together with Batiga, a band from Yogyakarta, Indonesia, formed in 2000, which won Levi’s Band Hunt 2017, an original song that delivers a powerful message: to change hate to love. Among the pieces they are sporting are the 711 Skinny Ankle Happy Medium Jeans and the Sandy Popover featuring Ceres Obsidian print for women, the Mandarin Collar 1 Pocket Shirt Medium Indigo and various jeans for men.
The collection also includes a variety of festive tops and skinny ankle jeans for women, pocket shirts and timeless denim fits for men.
Daiyan Trisha made her musical debut at 20 years old, in 2013, with a song titled “Enjoy Your Stay”. The same year, she landed the lead role in “Dee”, providing music for the soundtrack, as well. Her acting portfolio also includes roles in “Geng USPR” and “Girlfriend Kontrak”, the TV drama “My Coffee Prince”, and “Busker”. Her recent single “Kita Manusia” is backed by a campaign aimed at raising awareness on mental illness and depression.
