EDF Charge Your EV For Under £10 Overnight TV Advert

EDF promotes its Go-Electric tariff, which lets you charge your EV for under £10 overnight, in a new advert.

The spot features an electric vehicle being charged overnight and highlights that EDF is generating zero carbon electricity from wind, nuclear and solar – to help keep future costs down and cut UK carbon emissions.

The song playing in the background is “Busy Doing Nothing” by Richard M. Sherman from Disney’s Christopher Robin.

EDF are investing in a stable energy system that will benefit Britain socially, environmentally and economically. They are one of the UK and Ireland’s leaders in developing wind projects, with 36 wind farms (34 onshore and 2 offshore). EDF Renewables is building their first large scale solar project in the UK. The 49.9 MW solar farm will be capable of generating enough electricity for 16,100 households a year. In addition, they are also building solar panels on the roofs of a number of Tesco’s largest stores in England which will supply them directly with renewable power.
