The latest HSBC Premier TV advert tells the story of Audrey, a young girl who dreamt of living a fairytale, but ended up taking a very different path in life. Now, she returns to fulfil one of her childhood dreams.
When I was a little girl, I wanted to be just like my mom. A beautiful princess, living in a lovely castle. I was absolutely convinced that I would marry Henry the next door, my prince charming. Well, that didn’t work out. I thought I’d always have all my friends over at lots and lots of fancy tea parties.
I never thought I’d become an engineer. Princesses don’t do that. They usually wear pretty dresses and ride around in a golden carriage. My life turned far more adventurous. But it looks like I might get that castle I’ve always wanted.
