Sainsbury’s celebrates the pleasure of dancing whilst cooking in a music video titled Food Dancing (Yum Yum Yum), available also as a 10-second spot.
The clip, filmed in real kitchens all across Britain, features people showing off their dancing skills while cooking, highlighting that “that moment when you’re sizzling and jiggling away to a tune, that’s living well”.
The soundtrack the short film, the British supermarket chain has teamed up with hip-hop artist MysDiggy (whose first job was incidentally at Sainsbury’s) to create a catchy track, that has been dubbed “Food Dancing (Yum Yum Yum)” and has the following lyrics:
“I’m strutting up to the kitchen, whipping up to a rhythm,
and the mission is cooking up something that we’ve been missing.
Listen, you hear that sizzling? A whiff of what’s in the mix
I’m fixing it has got us grinning, while we’re licking our lips
and salivating and wishing to have a plate in an instant.
