Italian clothing label Intimissimi, part of the successful Italian company Calzedonia S.p.A Group, has launched its Autumn/Winter 2018 ad campaign, titled “No One Can Judge Me,” featuring Sarah Jessica Parker.
The TV ad features the Sex and the City star walking around Manhattan in a balconette bra and silk pyjama set from the new collection, leaving people around her speechless. Set to the 1966 pop single “Nessuno mi può giudicare” (English: “Nobody can judge me”) by Caterina Caselli, the spot follows Parker as she sets out wearing a balconette bra and silk pyjama set, accessorized with a clutch and high heels. She stops for a moment to rest on a cab, but a honk wakes her up, reminding her she’s in the middle of the street. When a police officer makes her a sign to move, she doesn’t hesitate to do that, without showing a large smile, though, amused by the situation. She finally gets to the place she was headed to and, arriving on the red carpet, she turns around to pose for the photographers gathered there.
Sarah Jessica Parker was announced as the new face of the lingerie brand in June, joining thus the likes of Irina Shayk, Gisele Bündchen and Chiara Ferragni. The actress has her own labels, too. In 2013 she launched the footwear label SJP Collection and, earlier this year, she marked her brand’s entry into bridal ready-to-wear with a special collection in collaboration with Gilt, consisting of 10 styles designed to outfit a woman for a variety of occasions, from her bridal shower through her wedding reception.
