Volkswagen YourWagen Commercial Song – Without the Volks, there is no Wagen

Volkswagen has launched a new global communication initiative called “YourWagen,” which aims to illustrate how Volkswagen vehicles have always been a dependable companion in people’s lives.

Premiering during the “Britain’s Got Talent” broadcast on ITV, the TV advertisement begins with a message explaining the meaning of Volkswagen as the “people’s car,” showcasing real Volkswagen drivers and their vehicles to emphasize that each customer has their own unique “YourWagen.” Names like SurfWagen, MumsWagen, NansWagen, Amberswagen, OoohWagen, FreshWagen, StagWagen, HolidayWagen, FamWagen, and TeamWagen are highlighted in the ad, which concludes with the tagline “YourWagen. Without the Volks, there is no Wagen.”

The commercial features the soundtrack “Thank You For Being a Friend” by Andrew Gold.

Additionally, the campaign includes various activations on social media platforms, in retail spaces, and at other events.

Imelda Labbé, Member of the Volkswagen Brand Board of Management responsible for Sales, Marketing, and After Sales, explained in a press release, “Without the Volks, there is no Wagen – that is the essence of the concept behind our YourWagen campaign. Our customers are of central importance to our brand, which is why we are placing them at the core of the new campaign.”
