Walmart has released a series of new ads for its 2022 Spring Savings event.
One of them features a little girl introduced as Bloom Queen, who spreads joy with a flower she received from a Walmart employee during one of her trips at Walmart. On her way back home, she realizes her flower has some sort of magical power and uses it to make everything brighter and more animated. When the evening comes and sees her flower wilting, the child gets sad but her mother shows up and gives her another one, after putting her flower in a vase.
The end of the commercial sees the tagline “All you need to bloom. All at prices you’ll love.” flashing across the screen.
The song playing in the background is The Clap Hands Song by T Bird and the Breaks, from their “Never Get out of This Funk Alive” album. The MP3 album is available for purchase on Amazon for $8.91.
The retailer has also been promoting its curbside pickup and home delivery services in multiple commercials in the past years. The delivery fee, shown at checkout, varies and is based on the time you book. Pickup is free.
