Burger King advertises, in its latest commercial, its deals for singles and couples, namely the $6 King Box and the 2 for $6 deal.
The 60-second spot features the King hanging out by himself, with no one to keep him company. He pedals alone in a swan-shaped paddle boat, he rides a double bicycle alone and falls off it, he sits alone on a double seesaw and takes the bus alone until he decides to stop at Burger King for a treat. There he meets a friend – a person wearing a hen costume, who got two premium sandwiches for $6.
“All by yourself. Get the $6 King Box with a flame-grilled Whopper, fries, a drink and two cookies. Or try the perfect deal for two with two for $6. Two premium sandwiches for just $6,” the voiceover says at the end of the commercial, which is scored by Eric Carmen’s hit single “All My Myself”.
The $6 King Box, introduced in December 2018 for a limited-time, features a BK entrée (which can be chosen between a WHOPPER sandwich, the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and 3-piece Chicken Tenders0, fries, a drink and two cookies.
