PlayStation invites you, in its latest commercial, to score exclusive deals on consoles, games and more, during the PlayStation’s Days of Play event.
The 30-second spot features a deserted neighborhood, with no one on the streets, at the pool or anywhere else. An “abandoned” ice cream van, with bees indulging themselves with ice cream, an empty tennis court, with a tennis ball
machine throwing balls are also shown. When a man enters his house, it is revealed where everybody is: at his place, watching a videogame played on a limited-edition Gold PS4 System, available now at $249.99.
The spot ends with the voiceover highlighting that “it’s nine days of epic deals” and with the onscreen line “Greatness awaits”.
The music playing in the background is the 1973 song “It’s a Sunshine Day” from the popular television sitcom The Brady Bunch.
