CoppaFeel!, the first breast cancer charity in the UK to create awareness on the breast cancer amongst young people, with the aim of instilling a new healthy habit that could one day save their life, partnered with Black Women Rising in a new “chest checklist” campaign, created by Fold7.
The spot features a woman who, after getting out of the shower, checks her boobs, using a “chest checklist”, in order to make sure there are no worrying simptoms. The protagonist checks, thus, the size and shape, the skin texture, pays attention to thickness and lumps, nipples, armpitts and collarbone, and if there is any pain.
“Breast cancer can affect any body. Checking monthly could save your life” onscreen lines read at the end of the 30-second advert, which features the song “Little Things” by Jorga Smith.
CoppaFeel! invites you to check out its website and learn the basics of how to check your breasts, pecs or chest for signs of breast cancer, whatever your age or gender, because noticing changes could save your life.
