Google showcases the Google Pixel Buds and some of its most important features in a new ad.
The 30-second spot highlights that the Pixel Buds, with custom-designed 12 mm dynamic speaker drivers, ensure brilliant sound for your favorite musics, podcasts, radio and more, and – thanks to its Adaptive Sound technology, which adjusts the volume of what you’re listening to based on the place you are, you don’t have to constantly raise or lower the volume as you move from the quiet of your home to a busy street (where your voice can be heard loud and clear during a phone call due to the Buds built-in sensors and mics focus), a train, a subway or a loud cafe.
The ad also informs that, when you need help on the go, you can get hands-free help from the Google Assistant. All you need to do is say “Hey Google,” and ask the Assistant for whatever you need – turn up the volume, send a quick text, get directions, or even understand another language with Google Translate.
The song used in the advert is the 2019 single “Boom” by the American rock band X Ambassadors, from their second studio album, “Orion”.
Google Pixel Buds are now available for purchase in the UK for £179, in Clearly White. They will also be available in Almost Black, in the future. In the US, they are available in Clearly White, as well, for $179. However, customers in the US will also have the possibility to buy them in other two hues – Oh So Orange and Quite Mint – besides Almost Black.
