Dolce & Gabbana has partnered with Sharon Stone for its Spring/Summer 2022 Devotion Bag campaign.
The film, shot in Venice, Italy, and soundtracked by Giuseppe Verdi’s “La donna è mobile” (which the Duke of Mantua’s canzone from the beginning of act 3 of Giuseppe Verdi’s 1851 opera Rigoletto), features the 63-year-old actress clad in little black dresses (chosen by stylist Paris Libby), in the company of supermodels Adam Senn and Sam Webb, showcasing the label’s signature Devotion bag. The three friends are shown in several settings, including a restaurant, a gondola, and a square full of birds.
For the print campaign, the trio posed in front of the lens of Michael Muller.
“Art and beauty come together in a harmony of unique emotions with the millenary history of Venice, where the Devotion Bag becomes a declaration of love for elegance, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, sealed by the symbol of the Sacred Heart,” read a statement from the Italian fashion brand.
Sharon Stone has also starred in an ad campaign for LensCrafers, showcasing a variety of styles available in the retailer’s new collection, including new Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses.
