BMW has released a new commercial, introducing M Town, described as a “city of dreams for car lovers and fans of high performance cars,” where “too much is just right”.
The spot, titled “Roadtrip to BMW M Town,” opens with a young woman (apparently named Laura Harris) at the wheel of a BMW M5 Competition in a dark tunnel, putting on lipstick and hitting the road. As she speeds down a highway, she enters the property of BMW M Town Authority, where she gets her passport to become a citizen of M Town.
The automotive company says you can look forward, in the next weeks, to “precise driving manoeuvres, coffee shops with spectacular drifts, the heavenly sounds of the “M Organ”, and much more.” M Town, which “is perfectly designed for BMW M automobiles,” embodies the kind of passion for high performance cars that lies in the heart of car lovers and fans, no matter where they live.
The automaker encourages fans to discover the Instagram posts of this global community and post a photo with the hashtag #M_Town in order to appear on the world map themselves.
