The 30-second ad released by the company highlights that the talent landscape is changing due to the Great Resignation and that 60% of employees are leaving their jobs voluntarily, with 38% resigning due to lack of benefits. The video then says that, in order to attract and retain the right talent, you must show your appreciation for the long days and late nights, with benefits that show them they’re 100% worth it.

The new campaign, which marks the sharpening of Principal’s brand promise and the beginning of more content and actions to help people feel more secure, also includes another sentimental commercial created by TBWA\Chiat\Day LA, that shows the human, emotional benefit that comes from wealth, whether you have a lot of it or are just starting out, by sharing stories of customers from all walks and stages of life.
