Rothy’s has released a new commercial, highlighting that its shoes are thoughtfully crafted with the planet in mind.
“The Earth if full of color. Caring for it should be, too. At Rothy’s, you can go green in every color,” the voiceover says in the 15-second ad, whilst onscreen lines inform that various Rothy’s shoe models, such as Shamrock, Tangering, and Periwinkle, are all green. The narrator explains that these shoes are made with thread knit from recycled plastic bottles and that “green means so much more.”
At the end of the commercial, the voiceover adds the tagline “Green in every color”.
In its last year’s campaign, which focused on The Point and The Flat shoes (which are also knit from Rothy’s signature thread, spun from plastic water bottles, and 100% machine washable for a fresh feel), the brand encouraged people to imagine what they can do with shoes that inspire movement, comfort and joy.
