Heineken invites us to raise a glass for reunions this holiday season and reminds us that holidays are not perfect and that’s just perfect.
The spot depicts a variety of scenarios in which people are ready to celebrate the holidays with their dear ones but they are also forced to deal with some holiday-related annoyances too, such as having the doorbell ringing every two minutes, which makes it impossible to do something without being interrupted, forgetting something important – in this case, a roasted turkey – on a taxi, and going to the wrong address at a New Year’s Party.
The end of the commercial sees two friends rushing to get to a rooftop party on the New Year’s Eve and believing they will get there just in time to cheer at midnight, but they realize they entered the wrong flat. However, this doesn’t mean they don’t raise a bottle of Heineken to celebrate the special moments.
