The trailer for Disney and Pixar’s upcoming original feature film “Luca”, from the creators of Coco, Inside Out, and Toy Story, has been released.
The movie, a coming-of-age story directed by Academy Award nominee Enrico Casaros, is set in a beautiful seaside town on the Italian Riviera and revolves around Luca, a young boy experiencing an unforgettable summer filled with gelato, pasta and endless scooter rides, who shares these adventures with his newfound best friend. However, as the synopsis reveals, “all the fun is threatened by a deeply-held secret: they are sea monsters from another world just below the water’s surface”.
The cast includes John Ratzenberger and Drake Bell.
The trailer, scored by the Italian version of Production Music’s “You Are My Sunshine,” gives viewers a glimpse at Luca’s adventures and informs that the movies releases this summer, on June 18.
