Jack vs. Giant (Weetabix Advert)
Weetabix has released a new advert, inviting you to get an incredible start with the 100% wholegrain British breakfast icon.
The 30-second spot, titled “Jack”, features a giant man entering a kitchen and saying two verses famous for their use in the classic English fairy tale Jack and the Beanstalk: “Fee-fi-fo-fum, I smell the blood of an Englishman.” As he finishes the rhyme, he finds Jack, having Weetabix for breakfast, among the objects on the kitchen table.
“Fee-fi-fo-fix, I just had my Weetabix”, says Jack, gitting the box of Weetabix with his spoon. Learning this, the giant man backs away. “Make yourself at home. I’ve just got to….”, he starts floundering while heading out, through the door.
The advert ends with the brand’s tagline, “Have you had your Weetabix?”.
