Nike Commercial 2016 – Unlimited Allyson Felix
Nike’s latest commercial, titled “Unlimited Allyson Felix” features the American track and field sprint athlete’s brother talking about her, while on the screen are shown various images of Allyson from her childhood and adulthood.
“Allyson – from birth she was always so determined. She was the girl that…that was never afraid of playing with the boys. And not only did she want to play with the boys, but she felt like she would be able to beat the boys. That’s something she’s carried with her forever. Anything that there’s an opportunity to beat you at, she wants to beat you at it. She always wants to find new competition. And if her peers aren’t good enough, then she’s gonna find someone who is. She’d come into the gym and lift with NFL players in their off-season. She loved it. Because it constantly gave her someone to go after. I think what makes Allyson truly fearless is she’s not afraid to lose. If you’re not afraid of that, you go after everything. You look at whatever your wildest dream is and if that’s to go and do something that no woman in history has done before, then you welcome that challenge. That’s my sister. And she’s my hero”.
