Ikea UK Welcome Home Advert
Ikea UK has released a new TV advert as part of the Wonderful Everyday campaign in order to remind you that life is better at the flick of a switch.
The 30-second spot, titled “Welcome Home” and directed by Frederic Planchon at Academy, features a young boy transforming his mother’s journey home with lights, knowing that she returns from work at night, all alone, on a dark street. So one day he decides to light the way, bringing tears of joy in his mum’s eyes.
The track used in the ad is Lighthouse by Patrick Watson from the album Adventures in Your Own Backyard.
