Deva Cassel, the daughter of Monica Bellucci and Vincent Cassel, stars in the new Dolce & Gabbana Violet campaign, promoting the new fragrance.
Shot in the heart of Milano, the film follows the 18-year-old model and actress as a free-spirited girl, clad in a leather-based jacket and mini skirt paired with studded boots, walking through the city streets, headphones on, listening and dancing to Spiller’s “Groovejet (If This Ain’t Love)”.
“Dolce Violet, the new fragrance by Dolce & Gabbana,” the voiceover says at the end of the 45-second commercial.
Created by Emilie Coppermann and described as a “joyful and optimistic fragrance”, the Dolce Violet Eau de Toilet has notes of cassis, Madagascan mandarin, cyclamen, Violetta, blackberry, pear, sandalwood, Madagascan vanilla, and musk, and comes in a curved bottle in a shade of violet, with an iconic flower cap embellished with a black grosgrain ribbon.
The Italian label enlisted Deva Cassel in 2020 for its Shine fragrance campaign. She also starred in a spot for Dolce Lily fragrance, in 2022.
