Bank of America highlights, in its latest commercial, that it is “Here to Help You Get Things Done” and raises a thought-provoking question: “What would you like the #PowerTo do?”.
The spot, from creative agency Hill Holliday, captures a variety of important moments in one’s life, as well as in a family’s life and how Bank of America plays an important role in making those moments happen. Getting a loan for pursuing a longtime passion, purchasing a bigger car when the family grows, or paying a kid’s college tuition, getting a mortgage to buy a new house, and using the mobile banking app to get things done on the go are some of the things the ad shines a spotlight on.
“In big ways and in small, Bank of America is here to help you get things done,” the voiceover says at the end of the commercial, which is scored by an original rendition of Rossini’s “William Tell Overture”.
Bank of America states that it is here to work with you and offer the options, tools and experience you need to get it all done. It also encourages you turn your relationship with the bank into benefits for you by becoming a Preferred Rewards members, which lets you earn exclusive benefits, rewards and priority service, as well as access to innovations like Business Advantage 360, a service that helps you get a perspective on where your business stands and provides access to expertise you can’t find anywhere else. Bank of America also informs that you now have credit card options that let you personalize how you earn cash each month, you can sign up for automatic notifications in case unusual activity is detected on your account, and you can get more done on the go with the Mobile Banking app.
