The 30-second spot reveals the plus-size fashion models starring in the campaign, namely Denise Bidot, Philomena Kwao, Natalie Dopson, Jourdan Jerome, and behind-the-scenes footage featuring the protagonists in the make-up studio or during photo-shoots, sporting sequin dresses and other items included in the upcoming holiday collection.
The advert, soundtracked by the 2017 single “Baby” by Bakermat, which samples Thelma Houston’s 1976 single “Don’t Leave Me This Way”, ends with the question “Are you RSVP-Ready?”.
The online retailer offers plus-size clothing for women from brands like Coast, Glamorous Curve, Joe Browns, Levi’s, Violeta by Mando, Maya Curve, and others.
