Dolce & Gabbana has launched a new ad campaign, promoting the “irresistibly playful” lipstick Miss Sicily and celebrating the Sicilian woman, who is always ready to look her most feminine, no matter where she is and what she is doing.
The 60-second spot, inspired by the free-spirited attitude of the Sicilian lifestyle, was shot by Tom Munro in the traditional streets and breathless countryside of Sicily, with real locals, and stars model Vittoria Ceretti driving a red convertible and turning heads after applying the new red lipstick and arranging her hair in a window display. A glance as she walks by through the crowded streets is enough for men to lose their focus and lust for a little bit of attention and a kiss from her.
The spot, featuring the song “Tintarella Di Luna” by Italian singer Mina, from her 1960 album “Tintarella di luna”, ends with the gorgeous young brunette writting on the windshield of her car “Miss Sicily” with the new lipstick.
Miss Sicily is the brand’s first colour and care lipstick that delivers the colour of a lipstick, the shine of a gloss, and the care of a balm. Easy to apply and guaranteeing longlasting comfort, Miss Sicily comes in several colors, such as Lucia (400), Isabella (410), Filomena (500), Anna (100), Angelica (110), Antonia (120), Rosa (200), Concetta (210), Rosalia (220), Annunziata (300), Domenica (310), Onofria (320), Caterina (510), Maria (600), Carmela (610), and Agata (620).
