The British low-cost airline Monarch, based at Luton Airport, has released a new TV advert to promote its services.
Titled “Our people make us”, the 30-second spot features some of the company’s own operating cabin crew members, three from Manchester (Geri Dargan, Martin Crowder-James and Vasco Mendonca) and one from Gatwick (Priya Mehta), making random acts of kindness in the city, when they are just “regular” people, without their uniform on.
The voiceover says: “We all like people that make our journey easier, who do things without expecting anything in return, who understand that life can be stressful. Don’t think. Just act. And our cabin crew don’t change when they put on the uniform. Our people make us. Monarch”.
