Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint Live Action Trailer Song – Feat. Lil Wayne

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint Live Action Commercial - Feat. Lil Wayne

Ubisoft has released a live-action trailer for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint, the latest in the long-running video game series, urging people to squad up with Lil Wayne and cause an uproar in 4-player co-op, or try a different tactic with stealth and precision.

The military shooter, that you can play entirely solo or in four-player co-op, is set in a diverse, hostile, and
mysterious open-world called Auroa, home of the Silicon Valley giant Skell Technology, that you can explore on- and off-road, in the air, on land, and at sea. Injured, without support, and hunted down by ex-Ghosts, you must fight to survive while lost in this place by choosing the right alliances and decide how to take down your toughest enemy, the Wolves, a lethal ex–US military unit, with the same training and experience as you have. You will have to confront your former teammate Colonel Cole D. Walker, leader of the Wolves, who have seized Auroa and took control of the drones (one of the most important resources of the island), test your survival skills, adapt to the varied terrains of Auroa, manage your equipment, class, and weapons in your bivouac, and fine-tune your strategies, create your character and choose among thousands of customization combinations to create your perfect Ghost.

Described as “a truly social experience,” the game will allow you to keep and improve your progression across Ubisoft’s PvE and PvP experiences. The company says the game will be regularly updated and supported years after launch, with new story arcs expanding the story, new features added, and new classes and gameplay possibilities made available to players, as well as events and a brand-new type of endgame content: Raids.

The 5-minute live-action trailer, directed by David Leitch, features Weezy and co. heading off on a campaign, showing off the new gameplay. After showing up late to the match, Lil Wayne annoys his fellows by taking phone calls right in the midst of tense moments. During one of the phone conversations, he tells his agent “no more commercials” and in the other he says he needs another skate ramp because he doesn’t have one in his bathroom. His Saint Bernard also makes an appearance, licking the headphones.

Toward the end of the trailer, Wayne’s character gets killed in action and his teammates hope to get somebody a little more focused for the next match.

The soundtrack music is Lil Wayne’s 2018 single “Uproar” (ft. vocal from Swizz Beatz), from his twelfth studio album, “The Carter V”.

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint debuts October 4. During the preceding week (September 26-30) a free open beta will be available. Those who pre-order the Gold or Ultimate edition will be able to start playing October 1.
