State Farm believes in the power of assists, both on and off the court, and this is the reason why it has partnered with the Chris Paul Family Foundation and NBA Cares.
The 30-second spot, titled “Exist To Assist”, features children from several centers from across the country, such as Los Angeles, Portland, and Oakland, sharing their dreams about what they want to become.
“I exist to be an archaeologist”, “I exist to be a surgeon”, “I exist to be a cowboy”, “I exist to be an art teacher” – are the kids’ statements.
The voiceover says that, for every assist on the court, boys and girls in clubs across the country get 5 dollars for an assist off the court.
The spot ends with the voiceover saying: “State Farm – We Exist to Assist”.
