Real estate listing and advice company Zillow promotes its Cloud HQ remote work policy in a new ad, showcasing the flexibility and work-life balance it provides employees.
The commercial follows several Zillow employees as they seamlessly blend work with personal responsibilities. One woman takes her father to physical therapy, a man enjoys a walk with his dog, and another shares lunch with his teenage daughter, all while staying productive in their roles.
“At Zillow, employees have the freedom to work from wherever they are most productive. But Cloud HQ isn’t just where work happens, it’s also how work happens. We choose tools and norms that enable progress in more flexible, efficient, and inclusive ways,” the voiceover explains, encouraging viewers to explore career opportunities at Zillow.
The ad is set to the 2023 track “Let This Go” by Jonathan Philip Dix, Thomas Beck, and Karina Julia Ramage, from the album “Invigorating Pop”.
Zillow CEO Jeremy Wacksman has emphasized that remote work has been a key tool for both retaining employees and attracting top talent. By embracing a remote-first model, Zillow has expanded its hiring reach across all 50 states, significantly increasing demand for job openings at the company.
