Wonderful Pistachios – Ernie in the Elevator
Wonderful Pistachios has released a new commercial featuring Ernie the Elephant in the elevator, showcasing that pistachio is a healty snack.
The 15-second spot stars Ernie staying at the elevator door, blocking a man behind him, saying that he appreciates the pistachio as it is a healthy snack in the age of unrealistic body image displayed on TV, cover magazines and conveyed by elevator weight sensors.
When the man in the elevator says that he wants to get off and go to his car, Ernie tries to make conversation, asking him what kind of car he has.
The ad ends with the brand’s tagline, “Get Crackin'”.
