Peugeot showcases its multi-award-winning SUV Range, which offers sharp design and the most advanced technologies, in a new ad that runs in the UK.
Titled “Beyond the Search,” the 30-second spot opens with an onscreen line that reads “Today, we search for everything on the Internet,” such as five-star restaurants, best getaway, and how to stay on track. Onscreen images feature various Peugeot SUV drivers as they enjoy their car’s capabilities, which include Grip Control (according to version or cost option), i-Cockpit, and more, on their way to different places. A young couple, for instance, are seen having dinner near a lake, under the stars, where there’s no one else beside them, a young man who has searched for keeping on track is seen walking on rope, and a group of friends are seen driving to a place in the desert, where there is a festival-like atmosphere. The SUVs showcased throughout the video are the Peugeot 2008 SUV, the Peugeot 3008 SUV, which won AutoTrader New Car of the Year 2019 and Best Medium SUV in the Carbuyer Awards 2019, and the Peugeot 5008 SUV, which won Best Large SUV in the What Car? Awards 2019.
The advert, scored by Depeche Mode’s 1989 single “Personal Jesus,” from their seventh album, “Violator,” ends with the the tagline “Peugeot SUV Range – Never have SUVs gone so far” flashing across the screen.
