Long Bright River (Peacock Series) Trailer Song

Long Bright River (Peacock Series) Trailer Actress Amanda Seyfried as Mickey Fitzpatrick

Peacock has dropped a trailer for the upcoming series “Long Bright River”, based on the book of the same name by Liz Moore.

The movie follows Mickey Fitzpatrick (played by Amanda Seyfried), a dedicated police officer assigned to patrol a Philadelphia neighborhood deeply affected by the opioid crisis. As a series of murders shakes the community, Mickey becomes increasingly aware that the unfolding case may be entangled with her own past, forcing her to confront deeply personal connections while pursuing the truth.

“I grew up here. Went to elementary school down the street. And so did a lot of the girls working the avenue today.” Mickey is heard saying in the trailer.

Nicholas Pinnock (as Truman Dawes), John Doman, Callum Vinson, and Ashleigh Cummings also star in the upcoming series, directed by Hagar Ben-Asher.

The song playing in the trailer is “Lovesong” by Swedish singer-songwriter Amanda Bergman. The song was also featured in the 2022 film All the Old Knives.
