Renault 5 E-Tech Advert Song

Renault 5 E-Tech TV Advert

The Renault 5 E-Tech electric, unveiled earlier this year on February 26th at the Geneva International Motor Show, is showcased in a new advertisement.

Inspired by the 1972 commercial featuring “The Adventures of Supercar,” the ad imbues the modern R5 with human-like characteristics. Accompanied by the captivating beats of “Instant Crush” by French electronic duo Daft Punk featuring American musician Julian Casablancas, the video opens with the distinctive 5 logo, offering viewers a glimpse into not just its exterior design, highlighting unique-shaped headlights, a charge indicator light on the bonnet, vertical rear lights, and broad stance wheel arches, but also its interior cabin and connectivity features.

The all-electric Renault 5, built on the innovative AmpR Small platform, is engineered for an exhilarating driving experience, boasting a 52kWh battery capable of delivering up to 248 miles (WLTP) of driving range.

The logo will be offered in three colors, which will also be available on the production model: yellow, blue, and green.

Starting on November 30th, Renault will introduce a distinctive opportunity for prospective customers: the R5 R Pass program. This initiative, designed to expedite the ordering process, grants R5 R Pass holders the exclusive privilege to order the new iconic all-electric vehicle from the Renault network 10 days before orders open to the general public. Customers who place orders during this special period will receive their vehicle starting from early 2025 in the UK, with the ElectriCity plant in Douai, France, prioritizing their orders on the production line. R5 R Pass holders will also receive a scale model of the Renault 5 E-Tech electric following its unveiling and will be granted early access to content and events surrounding the Renault 5.

Priced at £150, the R5 R Pass will be accessible via the Renault website and in seven participating countries – France, Germany, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
