TUI UK encourages people to “Live Happy” in its latest advert, which highlights TUI’s breadth of offer and shows how the tour operator can help create enriching moments that last a lifetime.
The spot, produced by Forever and directed by Kinga Burza, features a diverse cast of people booking their holidays and then exploring places and doing all kind of activities during their trip. While some of them embark on adventurous missions, such as hiking on mountains or exploring far flung islands by canoe, others opt for discovering new countries and cultures, for day trips around a Moroccan souk, or for relaxing in a resort, where TUI staff help them in every way they can, including with a massage.
The advert, set to the tune of the 2020 single “Ah bah d’accord” by French indie pop band Juniore, from their second album, “Un, Deux, Trois,” debuted during Coronation Street on ITV.
This campaign marks the first major campaign since creative agency Leo Burnett London was appointed, earlier this year, and also includes VOD, Online Video, Radio, Social, Print, Owned Media, OOH/DOOH, Digital, Retail Windows, and CRM. It runs not only in the UK, but also in other twenty-two European countries.
Leo Burnett London’s Chief Creative Officer Chaka Sobhani said in a press statement that “Live Happy is about the stuff that changes you and the way you see the world. The experiences that help you to reconnect with the people and places you love, to start new chapters and revisit old ones. The things you remember long after you get home.
We wanted to create a new look and feel that puts the famous TUI smile at the heart of the campaign. A smile that represents expertise, fun, adventure, new possibilities and a whole lot of heart”.
