Renault informs that it sponsors Sky Sports coverage of the Premier League in a series of new ads, starring Thierry Henry, that run exclusively on Sky Sports.
Titled “Getting You to The Game in Style,” one of the 50-second spots features Henry at the wheel of a Megane R.S. as he drives a family of three from an underground parking lot to their home, to watch a Premier League game. The soundtrack is “Done Dit It” by Blackrock feat. Nicole Wray & NOE.
Renault has announced it will sponsor Premier League football coverage on Sky Sports for the next three years, from the start of the 2019/20 season, including live Saturday lunch time fixtures, Renault Super Sunday and Bank Holiday games.
Henry also stars in another ad as “The Transporter”, helping two football fans to go watch the game on time. He drives them to a bar by the all-new CLIO, which draws everyone’s attention.
This is not the first time the legendary French footballer fronts a Renault campaign. Seventeen years ago, he starred in the brand’s “Va Va Voom” advertising campaign.
