Mercedes-Benz showcases the newest member of the company’s compact SUV lineup, the first-ever Mercedes-Benz GLB SUV, in a new commercial, titled “Nothing but YES”.
The 40-second ad follows a Mercedes-Benz GLB as it drives down the streets, and shines a light on some of its features, such as the panorama roof, the spacious trunk, the seven seats, and more. The video shows the SUV hosting a bunch of dogs, including Tank, Bernie, Sheldon and his many toys, and emphasizes that it takes you anywhere. The starting price is set at $36,600 for a front-wheel-drive GLB 250 in the US. The 4MATIC AWD model starts at $38,600.
Unveiled back in June, at Auto Shanghai 2019, as a production model, the GLB is powered by a four-cylinder engine capable of generating 221hp of power and 258 lb.-ft of torque and, inside the cabin, it features the automaker’s standard-issue digital cockpit and the MBUX infotainment system, with a 7-inch touchscreen that comes as standard. The second and third row create 62 cubic feet of total cargo space when folded.
