The New Dacia Spring TV Advert Song
Dacia UK Unveils the All-New 2026 Dacia Spring, Redefining What Affordable Electric Can Be
Dacia UK has officially released the reveal video for the 2026 Dacia Spring, introducing a vehicle that feels at once entirely new and unmistakably true to its roots. With a modern, robust, and agile design, four genuine seats, and a spacious, modular boot offering up to 337 litres of capacity alongside a range of up to 155 miles, the new Spring stands as compelling proof that affordable electric motoring is no longer a compromise, but a genuine contender.
The 2026 Dacia Spring marks the second generation of what remains Europe’s most affordable all-electric city crossover, and the overhaul detailed by Dacia is nothing short of comprehensive.
At its foundation lies an entirely new vehicle architecture, accompanied by a notable shift in production, moving from China to Renault Group’s Novo Mesto plant in Slovenia, underscoring the model’s deepening European identity.
Beneath the surface, the Spring now runs on a more durable 27.5 kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery, delivering a real-world combined range of up to 250 km (155 miles) on the WLTP cycle, a meaningful step forward in both longevity and everyday usability.
Built upon the new RG-EV Small platform, the 2026 Spring changes nearly everything about the model save for its name, growing 18 cm wider and 15 cm longer than its predecessor. The result is a noticeably roomier interior cabin, a sturdier, more commanding stance, and markedly improved driving stability, together marking a genuine evolution for a car that has already redefined what accessible electric mobility can look like.
The song playing in the New Dacia Spring advert is “So Cold” by the New Zealand duo Balu Brigada, serving as the lead single from their 2025 debut studio album, Portal.
