Givenchy L'Interdit Elixir Perfume Commercial

Givenchy Unveils L’Interdit Elixir, a Darker, More Incandescent Vision of Forbidden Allure

Givenchy turns its gaze to the shadows in its latest commercial, presenting L’Interdit Elixir, an Oriental Floral gourmand fragrance for women launched in 2026.

Created by master perfumers Dominique Ropion, Anne Flipo, and Meabh McCurtin, it stands as a richer, deeper, and more intense reinterpretation of the celebrated L’Interdit lineup, a fragrance that embraces temptation with even greater conviction.

At the heart of the composition lies a striking dialogue of opposites: a luscious, prominent dark fruit note set against the collection’s signature white flower bouquet, the two grounded by a heavy, resinous base that lends the scent its velvety, lingering depth.

The result is a fragrance that feels at once radiant and brooding, sweet and unmistakably dangerous.

The bottle mirrors the intensity of the elixir within. Conceived as an incandescent ruby talisman, it unfolds in a dramatic gradient from red to black, a visual expression of depth, passion, and magnetic power, as though the flacon itself were glowing from within.

The song playing in the commercial is Pinky’s Dream (Trentemøller Remix) [feat. Karen O] by David Lynch, released on August 5, 2012 by Sunday Best as part of the album Pinky’s Dream (The Remixes) – Single
