McDonald’s Canada invites you to try McD’s from Japan, Spain, France, Australia, and the Netherlands in its latest commercial titled “Menu Heist.”

The McDonald’s Canada Menu Heist is a wildly popular, limited-time marketing campaign and international menu promotion in which McDonald’s Canada “steals” iconic menu items from locations around the world and brings them to Canadian customers.

First launched in June 2025 as a creative, caper-movie-themed campaign in partnership with agency Cossette, overwhelming consumer demand brought it back as the official World Menu Heist. The current promotion rolled out across Canada on August 18, 2026.

The lineup features six distinct global items: Truffle Flavoured Mayo-Style Sauce (Sweden), Stroopwafel McFlurry (The Netherlands), Cheesy Bacon McFlavour Fries (France), Garlic & Black Pepper Chicken McNuggets (Japan), Chicken Parmi Burger (Australia), and McExtreme Pulled Pork (Spain).
