A quiet night out quickly spirals into a mind-bending adventure when a shy college student and his reckless roommate set off on a seemingly simple mission: getting pizza.

Starring Gaten Matarazzo (Stranger Things) and Sean Giambrone (The Goldbergs), the duo find themselves caught in a bizarre chain of events after accidentally taking a mysterious experimental drug.

What begins as a late-night food run quickly turns into a chaotic odyssey through a surreal college town, where reality blurs with hallucination. As the night unfolds, the pair stumble into absurd encounters, strange characters, and increasingly wild situations that push them far beyond their comfort zones. Between paranoia, laughter, and moments of unexpected clarity, the experience forces them to confront friendship, growing up, and the strange unpredictability of life.

The film is produced by Jeremy Garelick and Will Phelps for American High, alongside Billy Rosenberg of All Things Comedy. Additional producers include Jason Zaro, Molle DeBartolo, and Max Butler, while Matarazzo also serves as an executive producer.

The comedy is written and directed by Brian McElhaney and Nick Kocher, the comedy duo known as BriTANicK.

College is a trip, and Pizza Movie embraces that idea in the most literal way possible. The wild, offbeat comedy premieres April 3 on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+.
