Four longtime friends (Tom Beck, Serkan Kaya, David Rott, and Moritz Führmann), all now in their mid-forties, are suddenly confronted with the painful realization that the world around them has moved forward, leaving them awkwardly behind.

Once self-assured alphas, they now find themselves reduced to endearing but outdated relics of a bygone era.

Each faces his own personal crisis: Ulf watches his career slip away when a much younger woman replaces him; Cem stumbles through the pitfalls and humiliations of modern app-based dating; Erik reels when his longtime girlfriend unexpectedly suggests opening up their relationship; and Andi struggles under the pressure of his wife’s seemingly insatiable desire.

Faced with these blows to their pride and identity, the four men decide there is only one solution: enrolling in a course designed to dismantle old male stereotypes and reshape their sense of masculinity.

Yet, instead of finding clarity, their clumsy attempts to apply these new lessons only throw their lives into deeper chaos, revealing that unlearning who they thought they were may be harder than they ever imagined.

Directed by Jan-Martin Scharf and Tobi Baumann, the series will be released on October 2, 2025.
