
Walmart is reshaping perceptions with a bold new campaign titled “Walmart. Who Knew?”, featuring actors Walton Goggins and Stephanie Beatriz. Created in collaboration with Leo Burnett NY, Fallon, Digitas, the community, and Contender, the campaign showcases the retailer’s wide range of products and services.
The ad positions Goggins and Beatriz as charismatic guides, revealing unexpected aspects of today’s Walmart. Goggins showcases the impressive range of Walmart’s online marketplace, home to over half a billion products, listing off unexpected finds like a sauna, bear spray, dancing shoes, an accordion, and a megaphone.
The campaign also spotlights innovations like Express Delivery in as little as one hour, and the enhanced Walmart+ membership, which now offers free delivery on far more than just groceries.
Serving as soundtrack are two iconic tracks – The Who’s “Who Are You?” and Ricardo Arjona’s “Quien Diría”.
The commercial wraps with a voiceover saying the tagline “The Walmart you thought you knew is now new.”
