In one 15-second spot, the scene takes place in a retirement home, where three elderly women are gathered around a table playing cards. When one of them spots a $10 burger deal on Uber Eats, she exclaims in shock, “That’s a great f… deal!”, pausing mid-sentence out of sheer amazement. After a moment of stunned silence, another resident chimes in, saying he has a good deal, too.
The commercial wraps up with the voiceover delivering the tagline: “Find Ding-Dong Deals on Uber Eats!”
The $10 Ding Dong Deal refers to a promotion offering $10 off a first order, typically available to new users. Uber Eats frequently runs similar deals and also offers perks through its Uber One membership, such as free delivery and discounts on eligible orders.
