Ellen Pompeo, Mark Duplass, and Imogen Faith Reid star in the upcoming drama series, inspired by multiple stories, perspectives, threats, interpretations, and accusations, “Good American Family”, scheduled to be released on March 19, 2025, by Hulu.
Told through multiple perspectives, this gripping drama delves into the complexities of perception, bias, and trauma, offering a multifaceted exploration of truth and deception. Inspired by chilling real-life events, the story follows Kristine and Michael Barnett who adopt Natalia Grace, a young girl diagnosed with a rare form of dwarfism. Initially embracing her as their own, they raise her alongside their three biological children, until unsettling questions about her true age and mysterious past begin to surface.
As suspicion mounts, the once-loving parents come to believe that the adopted girl may not be who she claims to be, igniting a tense struggle to protect their family from a potential threat. Meanwhile, Natalia Grace embarks on her own journey to reclaim her identity, wrestling with a dark past and an uncertain future.
