Netflix has released the official trailer for the upcoming Dutch comedy series “Roosters”.
Confronted with a rapidly changing world, four Dutch friends, Mike, Ivo, Daan, and Greg, awkwardly navigate their way through adapting, all while striving to maintain their relationships and careers. This witty comedy series explores midlife crises as the group grapples with the challenges and nuances of modern masculinity.
Jeroen Spitzenberger, Waldemar Torenstra, André Dongelmans, and Benja Bruijning take the spotlight in this bold comedy series.
The song playing in the trailer is “Noodgeval” by the Dutch pop trio Goldband, released in 2021 as part of their album Betaalbare Romantiek (“Affordable Romance”).
The series is directed by Anna van der Heide and Anna van Keimpema, and written by Luuk van Bemmelen and Richard Kemper.
The first season of Roosters is scheduled for release on February 28.
