Apple TV+ has released the trailer for Severance Season 2.
The first season premiered on Apple TV+ on February 18, 2022. Mark Scout (played by Adam Scott), a former history professor, heads a team at Lumon Industries, where employees have undergone a radical “severance” procedure that surgically separates their work and personal memories. While intended as an extreme solution to achieving work-life balance, the experiment takes a dark turn as Mark becomes embroiled in a deepening mystery that forces him to question not only the purpose of his work but also his very sense of identity.
Season 2 brings together its ensemble cast, including Britt Lower, Tramell Tillman, Zach Cherry, Jen Tullock, Michael Chernus, Dichen Lachman, John Turturro, Christopher Walken, Patricia Arquette and many more.
The song playing in the trailer is “Eminence Front” by The Who, featured on their 1982 album It’s Hard.
Severance Season 2 premieres January 17.
