“How do we kill a vampire?” that is the question raised in the trailer for the upcoming horror movie, Abigail, released by Universal Pictures.
According to the oficial synopsis, the action focuses on a group of kidnapers who capture the 12-year-old ballerina daughter of a powerful figure, all they have to do to collect the ransom is watch the girl overnight. But the girl is nowhere near what they thought and she turns out to be a vampire.
Abigail stars Melissa Barrera, Dan Stevens, Kathryn Newton, William Catlett, Alisha Weir, Kevin Durand, Angus Cloud, and Giancarlo Esposito.
Directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, and written by Stephen Shields and Guy Busick, the movie is scheduled to be released by Universal Pictures on April 19, 2024.
The song playing in the Abigail movie trailer is Swan Lake (Ballet Suite), Op. 20: I. Scene (Swan Theme), composed by Russian composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
