Instacart Shop Fur the Whole Family Dogs Commercial - Paw Balm

Instacart urges people to “Shop Fur the Whole Family” in its latest commercial.

The spot, part of the delivery platform’s “Add Life to Cart” campaign, features a diverse cast of dogs of different breeds and a search bar where their owners type in the items they are intended to buy on Instacart, such as paw balm, probiotic shampoo, blueberry treats, and more.

The ad informs that you can “shop fur the whole family” at Kroger, PetSmart, Safeway and Petco with Instacart.

Pet owners are also encouraged to add toys, leash, treats, kibble and “life to cart”, while a feel-good song plays in the background.

Shoppers now get free delivery on their first orders $10+ with one retailer per order, while supplies last. The offer expires in 14 days after the first order. A $0.01 delivery fee, taxes, tips and/or other fees may apply.

In June 2022, Instacart has announced a new subscription service, Instacart+, an updated version of its previous Instacart Express program with a new focus on family shopping. This service offers Family Accounts that can be shared with one other person for no added cost and Family Carts with which different household members can add items to the same cart.

“With today’s launch, we’re making Instacart+ the most cost-effective way for families to buy groceries and essentials with Instacart, delivered in as fast as 30 minutes. In addition to free delivery on orders over $35, credit back on Pickup and reduced service fees, subscribers can now share Instacart+ with another person for free, and shop together to make ordering truly effortless,” Instacart Head of Product Daniel Danker said in a statement at that time.
