CarBravo’s latest ad campaign encourages people to embrace the concept of “usedphoria,” as described as a rare blend of confidence, security, happiness, and trust, with a touch of jubilation. The campaign, crafted by MRM Detroit, comprises a series of commercials featuring car owners who are relishing this unique feeling.

In one of the ads, we meet Karl, an office worker stationed at his desk, who is clearly experiencing usedphoria. Colorful confetti descends around him, creating a festive atmosphere. When a curious colleague inquires about the celebration, Karl enthusiastically explains that it’s called “usedphoria” and attributes it to his recent acquisition of a used SUV from CarBravo. He highlights the perks of his purchase, including “new car treatment” such as roadside assistance and access to nationwide service centers, all while the confetti continues to rain down and accumulate around him.

Amusingly, his coworker humorously states that she only came to retrieve her stapler and departs, leaving Karl’s cubicle still filled with confetti. Nearby, a worker with a vacuum cleaner awaits to tidy up the colorful mess. The commercial concludes with a voiceover presenting the brand’s tagline, “Feel the usedphoria.”

Another commercial features a woman elegantly dressed, wearing a crown and a sash adorned with the word “usedphoria.” She enters a coffee shop where her friends warmly welcome her with smiles and explains that she has experienced usedphoria since purchasing a used car from CarBravo. She assures them that “usedphoria is for everyone” and promises them the same regal treatment, complete with crowns, sashes, gowns, and jewels.

This ad campaign is distributed through various channels, including online video, paid social media, organic social media, websites, streaming audio, online listings (OLA), paid search, streaming platforms, and addressable TV.

Notably, CarBravo provides limited warranties, including a 6-month/6,000-mile Limited Bumper to Bumper Warranty, commencing upon the expiration of any remaining original factory warranty, and a 30-day/1,000-mile Limited Powertrain Warranty for CarBravo-labeled vehicles, whichever comes first.
