Netflix has released the official trailer for its Japanese reality dating show Is She the Wolf?
The series, based on ABEMA’s series Who is the Wolf?, which garnered 300 million total views across three seasons, revolves around five men and five women aged between 22 and 32, including models, actors, artists, and athletes, who embark on a group project in their search for true love. They go on dates and get to know one another but some of the female participants are “lying wolves” who cannot fall in love and have to get through the season without being discovered or accepting declarations of love.
The trailer, scored by the 2019 single “Lights” by South Korean boy band BTS for their fourth Japanese-language studio album, Map of the Soul: 7 ~ The Journey ~ (2020)”, gives viewers a glimpse at the contestants and their relationships, which are affected by their fear of falling for a wolf.
Is She the Wolf is coming to Netflix with all the episodes on September 3 2023.
