Chewy has dropped a new installment in its “Pets Aren’t Just Pets, They’re More” campaign, highlighting that Chewy offers pet parents more of everything they need, at every day great prices with fast free shipping, to keep their pets happy and healthy.
The spot features a couple trying to watch a movie before bedtime but having their dog, Hank, between them, commenting on the movie and even giving spoilers. The husband decides that it’s time for Hank to have his own bed and goes online to purchase one. “Chewy has great prices,” his wife tells him. The man visits the brand’s website and chooses from a selection of dog beds under $40. “I hope you like plaid,” he tells Hank, who answers he does.
“Pets aren’t just pets, they’re more. Get more of what your pets loves with great prices and fast free shipping at Chewy,” the voiceover says at the end of the commercial.
The campaign includes several other spots that illustrate how pet parents see their pets as much more. One of them features a golden retriever named Bailey as a couple’s favorite child, another shows a dog as his owner’s best friend, and another one features a cat called Mr. Marbles whose deceased owner ensured he would have recurring deliveries for all of his needs and perpetuity thanks to Autoship from Chewy and, in addition, his summer house.
